Athletes are permitted to email coaches and share information and videos but they may not call or text.

Official and Unofficial visits: Athletes can now take official or unofficial visits beginning August 1 before their junior year of high school. Official visits are paid for fully or partially by the college. Unofficial visits are paid entirely by the athlete's family.
