Parent Player Meeting Documents: The following documents need to be printed, signed and brought to the parent meeting: Please remember to bring all items to the meeting.

Copy of a CURRENT USAV membership card
Registration Links: Each player is required to register with USAV each club season.
Miscellaneous Information regarding Tryouts:
If you would like to pay your fees online - then log into your players page by clicking on the Players Corner tab to the left. You created a password when you registered - if you forgot the password you can request a new one by clicking on the "Forgot password" link. Click on the Online Credit Card Payments Link then you can click on the Submit Online Payment link and you are good to go!
